| I have been with Kevin doing protection training since June of '08. Since then Diesel has placed 3rd out of 21 dogs at the intermediate level and 2nd out of 11 dogs in the advance level at Cheryl Carlson's Dog Sport Open. Also he has received a 1st, 2nd and a 3rd at the Sun Dog’s Street Trials in that period of time. Kevin’s passion, love and commitment to make every dog AND owner the best they can be is evident the first time you meet him. I’ve recommended Elite-K9 to many of my dog loving friends and will continue to do so. I consider Kevin to be the best dog trainer I have come across in the state of Michigan and truly believe that he could be beneficial to anyone looking for basic obedience to elite personal protection work. | I entered Sadie in the halloween costume contest. She was soooooo good, hardly even made a peep. Everyone was so surprised, She even won 1st place as an FBI dog. It was almost a pleasure to take her out in public today. Thanks for all your help. Gabe & Sadie: Waterford |

| I just love Kevin!!! We had our first class last night and our anxious dog was so tired after class she didnt even want to go outside to go to the b-room! | Hey Kevin, Hope you guys are well. I just wanted to send an email letting you know why we haven't been back to class is because Dozer and I moved to South Carolina. I really really wanted to thank you for all you did for us. Without your help I would have most likely not been able to keep Dozer. I still use things you taught me everyday with him. From the obedience, personal protection and control, behavior issues and just how you taught me to be confident with a large bully I am forever thankful. I wish I could find a trainer half as good as you down here. So, just wanted to say Dozer and I miss class lots and hope that everyone is doing great! Denise H (and Dozer) |
| I would highly recommend any dog owner to enroll their dog(s) in Kevin's Elite-K9 training courses. We enrolled our 4 month old Rottie Tiger in the level one obedience, and could not be happier with the results. After completing the 4 week course Tiger knows how to walk properly on the leash, knows the commands to heel, sit, down, stay, and recall. It's amazing how much he can pack into an hour worth of training once a week while not making the dog or owner feel overloaded. Kevin was really good on educating us on why we teach our dogs certain things, and presented us with real life examples of situations we as dog owner face on a day to day basis. He was readily available to assist us after class with any problems we were facing at home. Overall, if you want a well behaved dog Elite-K9 is the way to go! I cant imagine going anywhere else! | Lucky has been doing well. We are trying to reinforce his training and have been taking him to the park. He has been doing better with people and has stayed the weekend with my parents a few times without any incidents. We are hoping to pick back up on classes in the spring. Thank you for all of your help an training. |
